The contact was next to zero, i had to ask for any info, no updates or details given about how showings went, or anything. After the offer was excepted I only found out details about the closing from the title company when they called to ask me questions, never even got confirmation from this place about closing date/anymore info, despite asking and being told by the assistant "we will check and get back to you." I was never gotten back to.
The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because I guess they did technically, even if it felt reluctantly, help me sell the house.
